Makes 5 servings:
- 1 cup cooked peas - 2 heaped tbsp minced garlic - 1 packed cup basil leaves - 40g pine nuts - 1 tbsp olive oil Blitz all ingredients in a food processor and serve with pasta/zucchini noodles Ingredients:
- 1 cup peanut butter - 2/3 cup coconut sugar (brown sugar would also work) - 1 egg Method 1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius 2. Mix all ingredients well, form into balls and press onto a lined baking tray 3. Bake cookies for approx 8-12 minutes Enjoy in moderation of course :) |
