Ally is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) with more than 8 years experience after completing her Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics at Queensland University of Technology (QUT). Ally enjoys meeting and working with new people and has a passion for for supporting people achieve their goals through a client centred approach, encouraging sustainable eating behaviours and using evidence based practice.
Ally has worked as a dietitian in a number of environments including hospitals, medical centres, nursing homes and gym's with a broad range of clients. Having said this she specialises in weight management (both weight loss and gain), chronic disease management, gut health (IBS, IBD, diverticular disease) and disordered eating.
On a personal note Ally is a massive foodie! She loves nothing more than trying out new cafe's/restaurants with friends and family. Fitness is also a massive part of her life, both in and out of the gym.

- Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition & Dietetics) (Honours)
- Completion of the Sports Nutrition Course (AIS)
- Level One Anthropometrist (ISAK)
- Cert III & IV in fitness
- First Aid & CPR
